Learning & Development Supervisor


Efes Kazakhstan takes a leading position in the beer market of Kazakhstan. The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. The company was founded in 1997 and currently operates two plants in Kazakhstan. Efes Kazakhstan is also part of the multinational Anadolu Group, which consists of 80 companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting training needs and aligning them with business priorities;
  • Planning company-wide training and development initiatives;
  • Designing learning and development programs for high-potential employees (HIPO), as well as leadership development programs for senior management;
  • Enhancing internal Academies (Sales Academy, Supply Chain Academy, etc.);
  • Developing and delivering training courses for employees;
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of L&D initiatives;
  • Monitoring the Training & Development market, analyzing trends and business context to recommend the most effective L&D solutions;
  • Managing communications and negotiations, including internal documentation processes;
  • Delivering internal training programs.

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics, management, or similar fields;
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within a multinational company;
  • Excellent understanding of Learning & Development concepts and best practices;
  • Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both Russian and English;
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills.
