Long-term Internship
The Long-term Internship Program is a great opportunity to unlock your potential and dive into the world of business.
Duration: 6–12 months
For 4th-year students and recent graduates
Departments: Marketing, HR, Sales, Logistics, Technical, Finance, Legal, IT
The internship is paid
Short-term Internship
Short-term internship is a hands-on experience focused on specific tasks and projects.
Duration: 3–6 months
For 4th-year students and recent graduates
Departments: Marketing, HR, Sales, Logistics, Technical, Finance, Legal, IT
The internship is paid
The company also offers an opportunity to complete an unpaid industrial internship for up to 3 months.

Dual education
Dual education is a learning format that combines university theory with practical experience in a company.
Our program was launched in 2017 in collaboration with Almaty Technological University.
Over a period of 7 weeks, students undergo practical training in production, bottling, the quality control, and warehouse.
One Idea is an innovative program by Anadolu Group for university students. It’s a chance to turn your idea into a real project, receive expert support, and compete for valuable prizes!
Prizes:
- An exciting trip to Istanbul, including a meeting with the CEO of Anadolu EFES.
