Sergey Pavlov
Technical Director
Sergey graduated from the Moscow State University of Food Production and completed training at the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (United Kingdom). He has over 25 years of experience in the brewing industry. Since 2012, he has been part of the Anadolu Efes team, where he advanced to the position of Group Quality Director. Since 2026, he has been serving as the Technical Director of EFES Kazakhstan.
Technical department
The Technical Department is responsible for creating and maintaining the highest production standards. The focus is on quality, safety, and optimizing production processes to ensure the highest level of product output. The department supports advanced technologies and processes that allow for the creation of unique brands and meeting customer needs.
