EFES Kazakhstan is implementing the Women in Sales program – an internship designed specifically for women who want to start a career in sales but currently lack experience or the necessary knowledge. The program is open to female students, mothers, homemakers, and those seeking a new profession or planning a career change.
The internship lasts for 3 months and covers basic knowledge of sales, training in customer interaction, communication skills, time management, and planning. Throughout the program, participants receive support from experienced mentors who help them understand tasks and adapt to new conditions. At the end of the internship, the top participants will be offered a position as a Sales Specialist.
This program is part of a broader initiative to promote a D&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) culture. The goal of the project is to create an inclusive work environment where differences are valued and everyone is given equal opportunities for professional growth. As part of the D&I initiative, training programs, support initiatives for women and other underrepresented groups, as well as activities aimed at improving collaboration and corporate atmosphere, are being implemented.
