The internship program at EFES Kazakhstan is a long-term initiative aimed at developing young professionals and integrating them into the corporate environment. Interns have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice, get acquainted with the company’s business processes and values, and work on real tasks across various departments.

Additionally, the EFES Kazakhstan team actively participates in numerous job fairs, where they meet thousands of students. Beyond exhibition stands, the company organizes masterclasses on relevant topics, such as overcoming the fear of public speaking, and shares information about internship and employment opportunities. The event format includes interactive activities like raffles with corporate prizes – merchandise and sweatshirts – which increase student engagement and promote the company’s brand on social media.

Around 80% of entry-level vacancies were successfully closed thanks to the promotion of our interns.
