At EFES Kazakhstan, we believe that one idea can change everything. That’s why we’re developing One Idea – an initiative that brings together both our employees and young innovators from outside the company. It’s a platform where bold solutions are born, new approaches are shaped, and opportunities for growth emerge.

In partnership with CCI, we run the One Idea University – a program for students who dream of bringing their ideas to life. If you have a project that can impact society, business, or the environment, we’re ready to support you. Participants gain valuable knowledge, cash prizes, and the chance to present their idea on an international stage – in Istanbul, in front of experts from CCI and EFES.

Our company runs the An Idea project – a place where every employee can share ideas that help develop the business. Topics range from improving efficiency and reducing costs to sustainability and social responsibility. In 2024, the program celebrated its 10th anniversary: we received 30 submissions, and the top 4 projects were presented at the semi-final in Istanbul.
