
In November 2024, EFES Kazakhstan launched the Lead the Way program for supervisors, aimed at developing leadership skills, coaching, and team motivation. The program includes three modules: Engage (1-2-1 meetings with subordinates), Process (communication on HR policies), and Lead (personality types and leadership). It combines online trainings, homework assignments, and workshops.
The first module, Engage, was successfully completed in December 2024: 6 group online trainings and 6 workshops were conducted, with 144 supervisors (88% of those invited) completing the module in full. The high ratings from participants confirm the program's effectiveness: the online training received 4.85 out of 5, and the workshop and practical session received 4.91 out of 5.
The program continues: in 2025, the Process module is planned for Q1 and the Lead module for Q2, ensuring comprehensive development of leadership competencies.
