In July 2024, the online course “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics” was launched on the Inspiring Digital employee learning platform. The course was designed to refresh knowledge of the 17 core principles of the Code and to guide employees on how to act appropriately in accordance with it.

The course included interactive modules, practical examples, and a final assessment. The training was available in Kazakh, Russian, and English.

Training Results and Statistics:

906 employees (94%) completed the course on time.

The total duration of the training was 906 hours.
