On December 9–10, 2024, EFES Kazakhstan held a career coaching training for managers. The training program covered key topics such as an introduction to coaching, employee motivation, the process of creating and implementing an Individual Development Plan (IDP), providing feedback in coaching, and managing difficult conversations.
This training was identified as a priority area, as the development of career coaching became one of the company’s key focus areas following the results of the 2024 employee engagement survey. The training was delivered by experts from Erickson International, one of the world’s leading coaching schools.
The program was successfully completed by 32 managers, and the participant satisfaction level reached 4.50 out of 5, confirming the high effectiveness of the training and its importance for employees’ professional development.
