Craft in Action is a program designed for employees of the Technical Department and the Logistics Department, aimed at enhancing professional skills and strengthening the culture of workplace safety. The initiative supports the implementation of high safety standards, improves production processes, and promotes the adoption of modern and efficient practices.

Over the course of four weeks, participants complete various tasks: proposing ideas to improve processes, giving safety recommendations, and engaging in other activities for which they earn points. This approach encourages employee engagement and contributes to the development of their competencies.

At the end of the program, the employee who earns the highest number of points at each plant is named the winner. The grand prize is a trip to the plant in Izmir, Turkey, for experience sharing and professional development.
