Graduated from Başkent University in 2004. Since 2007, he has been working in the field of human resources management within the Anadolu EFES group of companies. From January 2021 to March 2025, he held the position of Human Resources Director at Anadolu EFES Georgia, and since April 2025, he has been serving in the same role at Anadolu EFES Kazakhstan.
